Garrett's 2nd hair cut!

Well first real cut I trimmed up the front and back a few days after his first Birthday but this was his first pro cut we had it done at lolli Locks he did really well he sat on Daddy's lap and played with some toys while Mommy, Gram-e and Gramp-e stood around taking photos. He looks so cute just like his daddy. He does look more like a little boy less like a baby though. It's short enough I can spike it again too. Who said you cant have fun with a boys hair?

Doing some yard work

It was a nice 70 out today so I though while Jeremiah and Garrett were out doing yard work I would catch up on my tanning. I laid out big belly and all to catch some rays! Here are a few photos of Garrett using his gardening tools.

Easter

Easter wasn't a fun day for us Garrett started throwing up at church we came home and it didn't stop. My poor little guy couldn't even keep water down. Anyway we didn't get very many pictures and he went through about 15 pairs of clothes that day so the pic is in his last pair of jammies. He doesn't look too happy or excited you can tell he doesn't feel good.

The Brand New Library

two blocks from our house is Garrett's new favorite place to go and for the next 8 weeks we will be there at 9:30am bright and early for his Twinkle Babies Story time. Today was the first day an he had so much fun playing, dancing and reading with all the other kiddo's ages 0-2yrs. He did try and bully a few other babies and he snatched their books so we will work on sharing and taking turns.

12 Month Stats

Age: 1 year 3 days Weight: 24lbs 50-75% Height: 31in 90% Head: 47cm 75% Vaccinations: Hep B & Hib Garrett's Peditrition doesn't recommend MMR until 18 months which gives me one less thing to worry about now. Garrett is closer to 32 inches I measured him standing and he was taller than 31 he was wiggling all around while she was trying to measure him lying down. Her first measurment was 29.5 inches and Miah and I were like wow he shrunk from his last appointment so she redid it and got the 31. He is now done with Hep B and Hib so yeah for that!!! His weight has really slowed down he is still gaining but not as rapidly as before his doctor just says thats most likly because he is more active running around all day. He is also amazed at his develpment puting words together already and he says he is a strong little guy who pays very close attention to everything.
